Explanation of the trade: 1-83 construction for $32 worth of bitcoin. He had me give him a 50m deposit and had me put the supplies, totaling 42m. 50m + 42m = 92m and he acknowledges he owes me this money as well as the $32.
How they scammed: Refusing to pay for 3 days for "delay bans", because he thinks he can do that?

In this screenshot he and I agree for him to PAY me three days after. Payment meaning payment for the work, not reimbursements for the account or supplies. I'm not rich, I can't just hand out money and wish it goodbye for a week. If we had came to this arrangement before, I would have no problems.

There would be no reason for a deposit if we didnt wait the 3 days for a delayed ban. Im not worried at all about paying what he has completed + the reimbursement for the items he spend which we came to agreement on. But 3 days is the max for a delay ban and is which what I would be waiting or there would be no reason to take a deposit in the first place.

@Seattle - Unless you stated there would be a 3 day delay for payment, he is owed the service fee + his deposit.

 

He yet to post the screenshot about us agreeing about the 3 day time . There would be no point in a deposit if we did not wait 3 days to see if there is any delay bans. But he has no reputation upon skilling so 3 days is the max for a delay ban

Yes, that is why we agreed that I will be paid $32 for the service after 3 days. Paid $32 is not the same as being refunded what is owed. We never agreed that you will hold the 92m for 3 days.

 

He also stated to me he would be doing the services but half way through he told me his friend will be doing it as well. An he did not have discord so I have no proof that he did not bot the account.

 

He will get everything in 1 and 1/2 days. I dont see the issue and yes we agreed to 3 days .

@Seattle - Regardless of his reputation, there was no 3 day delay in the terms of the trade, he is owed his service fee + the deposit. I have given you a DNT until this has been paid.

Read the TOS you agreed to. As the Moderator said, show proof where we agree that the reimbursement will occur after 3 days. Oh wait, it does not exist! You're making a big deal about the situation, you just don't seem to want to fork over what is rightfully mine.

PAYING for the service, I have already shown that image as I have nothing to hide. Paying for the service does not equal reimbursing me what is owed.

 

First off he tells me a worker is working on the service half way through, which he never told me. An the worker has no discord to provide to me he is not botting. I don't have workers, I have team members. We work together, depending on the size of the task. You should have read the terms you agreed to. Your side has been told and you are wasting everyone's time, as you cannot show (because it is non-existent) that we agreed for reimbursement after 3 days. Show the proof as the mod said, there is none because we didn't agree to that.

 

a payment for safety thats refunded + payment for services. I dont understand why I was DNT right away . Its 1 and 1/2 days when he will receive his money I dont understand if we agreed on 3 days for delay bans.
