Yes, I am marketman, I am in the near future making a runescape gold and account sales, website. I am looking for employees that will work for free until we have a nice supply of accounts and runescape gp's. Once the site is made this is how payment will be handled:

Trainer: 75% of that accounts net worth, This is before we take off membership prices (if it became member) and part of it will go to hosting for the site and holiday bonuses

Gold Farmer: May also work as a trainer, you will receive 50% of profit or 75% if you do a successful trade with the buyer, If you only farm the gold you shall receive 50% plus holiday bonuses

Telecomunication's/customersupport: You will receive hourly payment's (still undecided of $ per hour) you will most likely be receiving based on the amount of people you have helped, amount of people you have had buy gold accounts or anything else we sell, and on how well your customers rate you for your service.
