Optimal combat stats

Just curioud what are the optimal combat stats or overall stats you should want for you main. I know 99 of course but I heard 94 is equivalent to 99 in combat stats can some one explain this to me or correct me if wrong thanks.

 

If you plan on doing bosses on your main I would say around 90~ all 3 melee stats is more than enough for all the bosses which are killable with melee, also I recommend getting piety aswell which can be expensive but totally worth it, it's such a huge boost on dps.

 

It just depends on what you want to do. Its so easy to max at NMZ though, I'm always shocked when I see non-maxed players. Base 90's should be sufficient for bossing though.
