Can Somebody Train My Skiller Wc..*Free*

My skiller's wcing is 61 at the moment i want it to go to 70, can somebody get it to the closest they can to 70 or 70! I wont people who have vouch's of training other account's to do this for me. Umm in return i will give you a massive vouch!!
