Report Card, Did I do the right thing? !Honesty Debate!

Today is parents night wish me luck. I have an interview.

ok next time this is what you think before you act:

If I give them my real report card my life will be shit.

If I give them the fake theres a 50/50 chance my life will be SAVED or BECOME SHIT.

yeah, so the latter is better since you have a small chance of doing good.

Yea. It's my junior year and my parents never check my report card anymore. Either cuz they don't give a damn or because they know that i'm gonna pass anyway. (Atleast one point above failing) I'm mostly just trying to graduate. =p

 

i recently got an interm report and i had a 63 in math and a 16% in the homework catagory. i wish i could have thrown it away or gotten rid of it but it was sitting on my table when i got homne form vacation

 

Hmmm i was gonna do that but parents check online lol, sigh.

 

Not at my school, but who cares I did the right thing.

i meant you should have given them the photoshopped one. It would either save you, or give you the same situation you are in now. At least it COULD save you. ANd if the parents got mad at you for lying, say you didn;t want them to be mad (who does?)

Well thanks for your help, now I am getting extra help in math and I dont think ill ever need a photshoped report card ever again.

 

this is true right here. I am not on everyday, but on most the time weekends, and yea it's on the way of my studies. But for someone that can't a gf and can't be happy, it's closest thing

Well back to topic, you did the right thing. Man, parents are ballbusters. But they want the best for you. nd having bad grades will contribute to your downfall, then you could join the armed forces

School is the most important part of your life. The reason they are upset is because you clearly can't take care of yourself. The reason they act angry and get on you is because it's motivation. You obviously were unable to do the tasks without them being stern, so they must take extra measures to ensure you do what you're supposed to.

School determines life. I failed in school, and when I went to sign up for the military, I had convince a Lieutenant Commander that I was well enough qualified for the job and should be allowed to join.

Just do it, get it over with, and work your ass off. It's worth it. Participate in sports, after school shit, and whatever you can. What you do now, affects your future, even if you don't think you care right now, just wait. Putting it off, you'll never be able to correct it.

Treat your knowledge, like your faith. Rely on it, and put everything you have into it.

Good luck in your grades bud . And just remember your parents are doing what they know is best for you from their perspective. Grow up, and learn to do it yourself, and they will back down.

You did the right thing.
It's in the past now, so you should be looking towards making amends, showing your parents that you are willing to put in the effort to achieve a pass.
Feel good that you didn't take the easy way out.
Even speak to your parents about getting maths tutoring [This would be a huge get out of trouble card.]
