I have a military tradition in m family too, grandfather fought, uncle and dad did too but this time since I was born in the US, I'll be fighitng for the US.
Wonder who the next fight will be tho...China or North Korea or even maybe some Latin American country? Ah well, whatever happens we fight right?

By the way, to make this a discussion. I won't be enlisting, I don't believe. If I did, I wouldn't be a fighter, probably more of a computer technician/engineer. If there's a draft, I might be in Canada.

 

O well my cousin just joined the navy about 3-4 months ago and hes on

Yeah, my family is Navy.

Navy is the geeks of the military, we're the freeky smart people . We also have our strong fighters (what I'm gonna be), but more of us are mechanics and computer geniouses with full MIT knowledge.

So that's where you'd wanna look .

E: Today I had my first taste of Seal training. It wasn't the complete course, but it was the twice daily Physical training.

500 meter swim
50 pushups in less than 2 minutes
100 situps in less than 2 minutes
6 pullups in less than 2 minutes
1.5 mile run in 13 minutes

Not bad, but it's one after the other

And trust me man, so far it's been worth it. Any issues you have in your life go away when you're around them. It's hard to get in, but once you're in everything goes so fast and it's just exhillaratin.

Nah I can do 50 pushups in 45 seconds with perfect form.

I couldn't do 1 pullup though. I spent 5 minutes trying to will myself to pull, but I just couldn't for some reason. I dunno, I'll get there eventually.
