add some 9th grade science budd.. dont eat too much protein because you need it for muscles and all your energy will be taken from the protein/muscle pounds because its easier to break up then calorie pounds...

if you just try to lose weight by eating then your going to lose all your muscle

Thanks bud, but as long as you follow the guide you can eat as much protein as you like because it's a leaning factor. This isn't a 'How to Lose Weight Guide", it's how to become lean and stay fit, not how to cut calories which isn't good anyways. Cutting calories is the worst thing you can do.

Yeah, but the worst thing anyone could do is cut calories, it's pure stupidity.

6 meals a day is the best, each with a serving of complex carbohydrates and lean proteins, 5 meals a day if you don't have time. Sugary drinks are empty calories, they have no nutritional value and are a waste.

AM cardio is highly debated, some say it's the best, some say it's the worst, reason being because you're glycogen is depleted upon waking up, which leaves fat as the main fuel, however, because of the low cortisol levels as well, muscle is also a primary source of energy, to tip the scales towards burning fat, have a supplement such as a caffeine pill, Milligrams depends on body weight, you should measure body composition to see if you are going the right way.
