Unable to access account - Not receiving verification email

I have sent multiple password reset emails and waited several hours, still no avail.

Do you know your recovery phrase? It's four digits. Are you also able to post from a home IP?

Also, I was posting on my home IP for the other two posts, it may have come up differently as my IP has since changed due to ISP providers but the Geo location should be the same.

I am currently at my girlfriends house so the IP would be different again.

I am not back at my home address, location should show the same as previous IP but as explained before, IP changed due to ISP.

 

The code is incorrect & when I said home IP I meant home IP connected to your account, and none of these IPs do - is there a reason why?

The most likely reason for this is due to the fact that I haven't access Sythe in a few years and thus my ISP has changed IPs.

This is why I said the location should be similar but the IP will not match.

If that is not the code, I am unsure on what I must have made it. Possibly (removed)?

Is there any other way I can access the account? I still have access to my original email, just not receiving the forgot your password email for whatever reason?

I also have access to my original skype account: jaay94 or discord as above If we can chat there.

I understand you need to take precautionary measures and am happy to assist in whatever needs doing to recover my account.
