Can We Give Away A Spotify Account?

So long story short I had purchased a year of premium for my spotify account and can't get a refund for it. Reason why I was trying to get a refund is because I'm going phone-less for a few months to gain some time to myself without all the distractions. I don't have any desire to return to Spotify but instead of letting it go to waste I wanted to see if it's okay to give the account to someone here?

If so I'd change all the information on hand to theirs and obviously remove my credit card information.

Anyhow if this is allowed then somebody is going to get a free account xD If it cannot be given out for free I shall sell it for 1m OSRS gold.
