Hey, I have a level 118, 99 att, 95 str, 91 magic, 81 range, firecape, and barrow's gloves... Almost has quest cape, 12 quests to complete again, had it once but then gave up and went f2p and god rid of cape. Account also has 85 slayer which is nice for killing abby's... Only probelms are that it has no money on the account, gave it away to a friend before quitting, and It has 1 Summoning -.-, But atleast you can have fun leveling it heh. Alright Hope you find your account =]...

P.S. If you want to look at the account, Its in the same place with the name of "Selling level 118 85 slayer NO FAKE LEVELS!!!", will accept paypal from trusted players and money order from non, GL again on buying =]...
