[DENIED] Rule Reform - Trading while DNT'ed

Currently what is represented on this thread, Buyacc attempting to trade while DNT , is in question in my mind. Trading while DNT is a seemingly straightforward rule. If you trade, or attempt to trade whilst having the DNT Funrank you will be banned. Welp Mr. Buyacc was let off with a firm slap on the wrist, probably not cause apparently discord is just a joke too?

This can correlate back to a response to that, there was no other reason for him to say it AT ALL.

I then asked @Hex if he was friends with Buyacc to which he said,

Buyacc is a DNT and needs to achieve a pardon before any type of trading, TROLLING or not.

Can also correlate Talon's message to Buyacc attempting to offer a service to another User. And because there is more fuel to add to the fire, I will add this, Renting my signature space , Where he also tries to sell something, and has it closed.

Trading while DNT'ed isn't a hard rule to follow, don't troll about it, don't joke about it, you have the rank cause you screwed up somewhere. Follow the rules that are given to you by the rank, and everything goes peachy. There have been cases before where this has happened too and there is no punishment.
Resolution: ANY I MEAN ANY form of trading or attempt to trade while DNT'ed is room for ban, unless it is trolling between friends in a harmless environment. What I showed here isn't trolling between friends, it is someone abusing loopholes to be an asshole. I digress though, let me know what you think about this.

I am not a fan of cracking down on DNT's, a large, large portion of the site is DNT now.

I would rather we keep them in check without being Nazi's about it so that they feel they WANT to come back, not feel like their tenure as DNT was spent being harassed every time they try to do a trade somewhere offsite.

It's not stated anywhere that trolling is only allowed between friends.

Buyacc posted his old questing service, which by the look of it haven't been touched/bumped for a year. Obviously meant as a joke.

Was/is an ongoing joke in SF, might not be allowed and I think the reason he they let him go without a punishment was because they knew it was a dumb joke. Would probably not even have been closed if people wasn't butthurt about it.


This is exactly the same that happened between Hex and ipker, people trying to get each other in trouble for everything they do, please stop.

Discord is spam, and if it wasn't we would be flooded with reports / punishments daily based on misinterpretation. If Buyacc is actually using this loophole / trading through it make a valid report with a valid trade, and we will gladly handle it.
