As you can see he used a worker/workers to complete the order. He mentions AC_07 at completion to whom I vouched for as requested by Walsu. I got on today in the afternoon to check the account. I logged on saw the stats and made sure my granite hammer was still in the bank (it was, only 2m bank worth) and then logged out. I have been looking for someone else this afternoon to do nmz range training. I found Katinukas who was referred to me by some people in our dicing discord. I was going to hire him and thats when I re-logged on the account to start buying supplies. I logged in and instantly got teleported to world 401 lumbridge. I was confused but I was told there was some kind of bot busting event that jagex was doing and that means a Jagex mod had teleported me for botting.

As far as i can see from this report; this is no evidence that the account was botted via my services; this could of been a delayed ban from previous botting/skills;

I have done various skill training with no bans; all my training is hand done.

Waiting for a mod to reply on this.

Please note; this ban is also for a macroing major? As far as i'm aware jagex do not give out Macroing MAJOR bans for combat exp(unless wealth is being accumalated -
This is a botting ban for combat experience; the ban type does not add up with the ban offence and therfore to me suggests this ban is related to something that actually affected the game(Like a goldfarming script.) Obviously there is no proof of this; but the fact remains that his ban is for a macroing major it just doesn't add up




Update - 20 minutes into this live stream - The mod says "these accounts have been flagged in the WEEKS proceeding this"; i don't think i can offer much more proof that this account must of been botted on prior to us agreeing to do this service.

I Hope that mods can look into this and decide fairly; i don't believe i can offer anymore evidence i have made a mistake by not taking pictures; it's a valuable lesson that i will learn from; but even so the evidence provided just does not match up with his claims; He also has a shady past on sythe this however is in the past; but does lead me to believe he is capable of lying about major botting and trying to take us down for a quick recoup of loss's; i have a clean history and all my customers are very happy with my orders. ; I hope you can take this all into account.

@WantaCookie Did he explain he was going to outsource your job? Other then that, it is your responsibility and you take the risk when you paid the user for services and agreed to his TOS.

I put my hands up here; i did not take pictures; this was misscomunication between me and Walsu; and for that i appologise; Please advise on how to resolve this. But i would like to point out Cookie did confirm the order was complete.

 

If you used osb it automatically takes screenshots. If you used osbot instead of buddy then woukd have to do manually

 

not being funny buddy but this is aboslutely nothing to do with you; and your more than happy to be using walsu's services when it suites you; learn too read please before getting involved in other peoples dealings; this will be resolved by a mod.

EDIT: I am going to sleep now; a message to mods; i just want this resolved; i'm sure Walsu will reply when he can; but it is Sunday so it may not be until Monday till we get a reply.

First of all i have no reason to belive any of my worker would use bot to do progress we have such high prices cause reputation we have so we would never risk it for botting on user service accounts. And on 5 minutes of research i can find bad things about u new worker or old worker( Katinukas ) wich u said has done same services for you example u can find from this thread Reporting katinukas user bought service from him and got banned after.

 

For this one my worker has currently prety shit computer cause this he asked from me if its ok use another client than osb. We all know osb eats your ram if u have multiple clients running ( like my worker did he had 4 skilling order at time and 2 own account btw none of them got banned.) So we are avaible provide screen only when asked from them.

 

Why are you bringing up @Katinukas? I never had service done from him. I was PLANNING to get ranging done from him WHEN I logged in and found myself in w401 for the ban event. Learn to read. All you guys do is make excuses fucking pathetic.

You both talk about osrs client yet your tos says ur workers use osb and can provide pics. Neither are true. I even requested a screenshot and u never sent.

 

@WalsuGold If your worker cannot provide Osbuddy screenshots / proof, you are responsible for the account. In fact, I have placed a DNT on you until the account value is paid.

Regardless of your dialogue don't create a TOS you, yourself do not follow. You are responsible for reimbursing the account / account value, if this is not reimbursed you will be banned.
