Cons:
A quest must be finished (quest difficulty medium)
Skillers & some Pures may not be able to do the quest.
In order to receive the maximum money on the receiver the receiver must have 5M to begin with and the giver must have 5.5M to begin with also, but you don't have that much you can still RWT but, not maximum money will be transfered in that hour.
The Quest gives Defense EXP.

and if not can a lvl 80 transfer to a lvl 110?

 

It has nothing to do with BH, and a lvl 50 can do no problem and yes a lvl 80 can transfer to a lvl 110.
