Punk or Rap?

Both. rap - eminem. 50 cent - fat joe - mop.
punk - sum 41 - panic at the disco.

 

I like both, Favorite rapper is DMX. Favorite Punk group is yellowcard.. I like them both b.c one style of music just gets old...gotta have a variety.

 

punk and my favorite band ever is blink182.

 

i personally like rap because its cool and some of the songs make so much sense

My favourite punk genres are Oi!/Streetpunk (Dropkick Murphys, Cockney Rejects, etc), Hardcore Punk (The Casualties, The Exploited, etc), General Punk (The Clash, The Ramones, Sex Pistols, etc), and some Ska Punk.

EDIT: It actually sickens me to see people calling bands like Sum 41, Panic at the disco, blink 182, etc etc punk. Calling these bands punk is like calling Justin Timberlake death metal.
I admit, I am a fan of early Sum 41, a bit of blink 182, and I like some early Green Day, but its still not punk.

 

Punk-Rock is blink182 and Rap is Akon or Lilwayne

 

Punk is defiantly my favorite such bands as, Bad Religion, NOFX, Rancid, Authority Zero, and old Chronic Future like the song D.A.R.E. Kinda hard for me to decide my favorite but if I had to choose Bad Religion

 

Thank god theres another sensible person in this thread, but yeah, Bad Religion, NoFX, and Rancid are all amazing, man back in the days when Tim played with The Ramones, fucking classic

Finally, somebody besides me likes ska. I like how a lot of newer punk bands mix punk and ska to make a whole new, highly upbeat genre.

 

Rap but im not really into the new stuff to much money, cash, hoes. I stick with tupac and sometimes biggie.
