Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :
They are ban evading to scam more individuals also they have made the exact same type of thread.

Have been looking into it and none of the current IP Audit's match but I believe these two accounts are the same person without a reasonable doubt.
They way they have threads exactly the same etc.
Just trying to prevent anyone else from getting scammed.
