CardSalesRS trading while dnt/evading dnt

As you can see from this thread CardSales bought RSPS off Zidek whilst dnt. To do this he used a different Discord account named jordy. This is blatant dnt evasion and also attempting to trade whilst he is dnt.

All my trades were done on discord, Not sythe.

I'm sure champ would have said something on the reports i made if it was against the rules.

Also notified all users i'm DNT when they asked if i have a sythe profile. Not hiding nothing or evading anything. simply doing my trades outside of sythe and i've gone first in every single one to make sure no one thinks i'm scamming.

 

So you notify people that you’re DNTed in Sythe when they ask for your Sythe, report people on Sythe when you get scammed but apparently these trades are off-site? Just because they know you’re DNT doesn’t mean this isn’t attempting to trade while DNT. If people ask you for your Sythe profile that’s still not a Sythe trade?

 

If a MOD can clarify that any trading at all whilst DNT is an offence i'll happily accept my punishment, But i always made my traders aware i was DNT when they asked for vouches/sythe profile link, And not once did i ever hide why i was DNT/Banned in the first place, And of course i'm going to report scammers on sythe? Pretty sure my report stopped zidek from scamming more than just $550, Since he had been stalling the guy for hours in attempts to get more trades, If i had left it un reported he'd be getting much more by now.

Also if i thought i was going to be punished for posting that report as it "violated DNT" why would i have posted it?

I figured pms and vouches must be exchanged through sythe or contact details requested over sythe for a trade to be considered on site.

If not then i'm mistaken and i'll take whatever punishment awaits me.

If a user that you traded reports you, you could be punished, but by what I read there, the trades you have done shouldn't make you liable for punishment regardless, as the users agreed to trade you regardless of your rank. The DNT trade evade is when you attempt to message users to trade them whilst you have a DNT, should someone contact you, you should be all set. If a mod is going to infract me for this post, please delete it or message me asking me to remove it, just trying to be informative.

 

@CardSalesRS You have been given a week ban, for attempting to trade / trading with a DNT rank. Just because you are using Discord to complete the trade, does not mean you are not using our resources for that trade to occur. Do not let this happen again.
