Champ & Zidek Reopen this case man

@Champ @Zidek, So were just going to close the case? Saying that it will just be a report added onto his ban case?? That's it? No trying to recontact Zidek and see if we can work it out? Let him evade, make another account? That's it? Simple as that? I just lost $553!? Lol what kind of moderating is that? Atleast try to get in contact with Zidek and see if he will refund me, and put a TWC under his name imo. Just going to place him as scam quit? That is outrageous man. You have to give me more than that. At least try???

 

I understand you're upset whitetank, But his intentions were always to scam you, He's scammed 3 people today, He will be staying banned, When you reach a certain set of criteria you can apply for the community repayment thread in hopes of having your money refunded by future pardoning users, Zidek has admitted he's scamming you, and he's going to evade and has been doing so for years (in his words) i know it hurts, But you gotta try let go of the loss, He's a piece of shit and nothing anyone says/do will change his mind, Please use an official middleman next time you do a large trade, It will prevent all scams from taking place. I'm sorry mate, Mods will say the exact same thing as me.

 

Who are the 3 people that he scammed?
Are those three people missing money?items?service?
Zidek said he is scamming because he got wrongfully banned. So I want to see if we can recontact him and see if he will refund me. Keep a close eye on him if he does.
I don't see Mods acting accordingly. Just you and me going back and forth.
What set of criteria do I need to apply for the community repayment? Why am I getting notified of this from you?
There are so many questions and I'm not getting them answered properly. I appreciate your help @CardSalesRS but I would greatly appreciate it if a Mod paid any attention to this problem that I am having.

 

Mods don't have time to give full details to every case otherwise reports would be left for days i'll try help you as much as i can with the following.
Who he scammed: Attemped scam on me, Scammed you, And @FastFish, He also attempted trades with other people but refused a middleman (very sketchy)

Criteria to meet requirements:

• Your Sythe account must be older than 6 months
• You have been active for 2 or more months after the date of the scam report being posted
  
• No account <-> account scams
  
• No reports involving the scam victim sending Paypal (Due to being able to chargeback)
• The report must have been locked and approved by a moderator.
• Imposter scams DO NOT count.
• Dice scams DO NOT count (this applies only to reports made after April 19th, 2018)

From looking at your profile you seem to match the requirements so i suggest posting your approved scam report there good luck buddy.

Contacting zidek for repayment:

You can contact him as much as you like but he has scammed, A violation of sythes rules so he won't be unbanned nor TWCed as he could potentially scam again, Mods don't have time to monitor his behaviour 24/7 Not to mention he's admitted to scamming $40,000+ and a serial ban evader.

His punishment:
He was originally banned for 3 months, So he could have said he will pay you then at least, But instead he admitted to being a massive vader and how much he has scammed in the past and how he plans on doing it again in the future (which proves he has no intention of ever paying you or anyone else back)

Staff intervention on the matter:
Staff will soon infract you for posting too many reports as the decision was made and it is final, Feel free to contact any admin on discord/sythe to discuss it further but unfortunately the outcome will be the same unless some new evidence comes to light or zidek decides he wants to pardon.

If he wishes to pardon he does not need a sythe account to post a thread so he cannot use that excuse to get unbanned/twced/dnted.

Sorry again mate, But shit happens gotta try learn from our mistakes and move on.

His excuse for wrongful ban was bullshit too, He was banned because he tried to lie to champ and say he was in a mutual server and left it that's why it said he blocked me, When infact i had evidence of him being on my friends list on discord which means only way it would have said he had blocked me is if he infact blocked me. Goodluck with the repayment mate.

 

I contacted Champ on discord, but no response. I wish Zidek does refund and ask to be pardoned. I will post on the repayment community, but I'm not sure if my scam report was approved, since it was just closed. And it won't let me post in the community. I will give Zidek 2 days for his response, if nothing comes through, I will proceed. Thank you @CardSalesRS

 

It was added to his ban reason so it's approved no problem buddy any problems at all post on my profile and i'll be here to help. i believe champ is offline on discord atm too. i hope he does change his ways bud. make this community a bit less toxic. good luck <3

 

Hi @WhiteTank I sincerely apologize for your loss, but there is nothing we can do. You, nor anyone are an exception to the rules, the user cannot just be unbanned and placed with a TWC solely for your personal gain. The user has scam quit, and is a ban evader, as @CardSalesRS has mentioned you are more than welcome to use our community repayment when you become eligible. I am sorry for your loss, there is nothing more to be done here. Please stop spamming the RAS in your frustration.
