I have sent Zidek $553 in LTC for 790m osrs 3 hours ago, waiting on his supplier, in the mean time he was dealing with someone calling him a scammer. Now he just told me he got DNT'd and banned. Now he won't refund me because there is no use. Please lift the ban, he did not scam anyone and as I read the posts below it says that he has refunded. It was 15m.

 

Is there any other additional information I need to put up to get this resolved? Please let me know. $553 is a lot of money, and it hurts to see it just disappear.

Sorry for your loss, But he lied to staff and i sent proof to champ confirming he was lying, look at my most recent report of him admitting to scamming/ban evading. Sorry mate. His intent was obviously to scam you, And me to make more on top of $554, But realized i was gonna report him before he could scam more so refunded me 15m. u were never getting that gp

I read all of your posts, but I'm still not too sure if he was trying to scam when in the end he did refund it or paid out the 15m. Sure he talks about evading and what not, but is there 100% proof that he did with his current account? Did he lie to staff?? Because I didn't see any lies, but maybe miscommunication about leaving a chat server on Discord. I'm just trying to see if he can get the ban lifted, see if he refunds me back and we can just keep a close eye out on Zidek. @CardSalesRS @Champ

 

He stated he left the discord server, When i was never in a server with him, it was direct DM, i added him at 7:02pm the scam happened at 7:19pm so he had me added prior to the scam, which means he blocked me flat out. he's just admitted to scamming you too, check above. he can blame it on me all he wants, But he's a vader and scammer mate. sorry.

 

He says that it's not worth scamming, but he got fucked over $15 so he is going to take my money is what I read, as well as anything over $2k, it sounds like he would scam over $2k but he hasn't. Currently he does have my $553 and he got banned so it seems that he is sour and is going to keep my money. Now what I'm asking is, is there a possibility where his ban was to be lifted I get my refund, and he is kept on watch?? TWC?? See if that will change his mind. @Champ @CardSalesRS Am I missing something??

 

You're missing alot mate lol. He was never going to give you gp, He's been stalling you for 3 hours to try scam more before he gets banned, He was banned for scamming me, and now the games up he's using his ban as an "excuse" to scam you, He admits in my reports to scamming tons and evading then repeating the process, He won't be unbanned but this will be added to his ban reason. I'll wait for mods to add to this.
