No More Religion

Well, on Asta ( another forum for adults, you have to be 18 to join ), anyways, on Asta they have rules like no Religious, or Political discussion, etc.

I think the no religion thing should be enstated in the SFA area.

Ok, no more religion in all of the forums.

No mentioning of God, no mentioning of not God, no religious disputes, etc.

It only angers people.

the SFA forum is DESIGNED for people to argue their views intelligently, and there is nothing wrong with believing in god or not believing. The thing that should be banned is narrowminded comments that are based solely off peoples own self built image of how things are.


edit: reopened, note though that religious topics are allowed to be posted but use search to see if someone has already posted on the same type of thing already... Also, don't flame... especially if your christian, would you "god" really want you to FORCE people to believe in him like the catholics tried

Nope I love the fact that your able to state your opinion...you might get shot down by shredder because he is totally anti-creationism but still you can get your point across whether you believe it or not. Its freedom that I love, not protection from the things that anger me.

I'm saying enforce the "Don't post multiple topics". It's not one person posting em, EVERYONE posts the same things the entire time. Find one that's popular, sticky it, and don't allow any others of the kind of "What do you believe in"

i did lock it but then unlocked again... the way it was explained to me basically was that there are too many similar religion topics. half of which is flame... Perhaps my "something for all don" could start deleting and warning people for it...

 

LOL, this has to be the funniest thing i have seen in quite a while. It goes about a inch above the dispute for sigex i just saw. Anyways, so what would we talk about in the SFA forum? The non - existence of god is the main point in there, and everything revolves around it!(last part was sarcastic btw)

Your attempt is futile. I said no RELIGIOUS discussion. Not no "Trying to prove God real". Your assumption as to my meaning is pure proof of your lack of ability to understand the simplist of ideas, and as such should merit your pure removal from SFA.

 

do you have proof? i believe in god but i still do not have 100% proof that god exists.

i would also like to emphasise that SFA is for INTELLIGENT discussions. Most of the religious topics are not the most intelligent...

Lol, you lack to know what is in the SFA forum then. Usually when you are talking about religion, there will be someone who resorts to saying that he/it/she/whatever it is, is real.
