Turn your ip into a Proxy:
1) download ccproxy



2) click options -> advanced -> networks -> uncheck Disable External Users -> click ok -> click ok again -> press stop -> press start



3)Go to any website with port scanners to check if your port number 1080 is open, if it is open then your ip address can now be used as a proxy and I can do inferno on your ip address



If your port 1080 is timed out, that means your port is not fowarded and you need to login your router settings and look for either port forwarding or dmz hosting and change the settings. I can't make a guide on how to do this because each router is different and the steps will be different but I can help you if I know what to do, if not you would need to look up a guide about port fowarding.
