Hello, These are the stats on the account, all hand trained minus the magic which was autoclicked, it was the first thing I did when I created the account about a year ago and never had any infractions. Everything else by hand so take as you will.

It has no Stat under 10 except for Hunter.

When I was building this account I wanted to make it a pure who got everything finished through questing, so it helped me raise many of my stats which makes it pretty sweet.
I have 12 skills From 35 to 83 non combat.
4 skills under 20 non combat.
7 of those are over 50 including Runecrafting and Construction. This account was built with PKing in mind so the House is ready to be used but pretty bare. Has what it needs, , Edge tele, Spec restoration.

Why am I selling it? I don't play, plain and simple.
17 days, I've spent in the world since I arrived 250 days ago according to Hans.
