    @Flingueur You do not have the proper TOS to protect you from if bans / anything happens to the account. So, you are responsible in this situation.

    Although @StuffedBear hasn't gotten any bans, this does not proof that @Flingueur hasn't used any bots. He could have botted at @StuffedBear his account as well, but just been lucky not to get detected. Don't you have any screenshots made on either the official client or on a well known 3rd party client?
