Slipknot Or Korn

Slipknots drummer is G. And the singer (his name escapes me) is also the lead singer of Stoned Sour and thats a pretty good band as well.

 

Yea Corey Taylor can change his voice to sound like alot of things which is cool.

 

Id have to go with Korn to me there alot better

 

^ Same Here, i like KoRn's style of music. Its more of a mix between hard rock/alternative to give it a unique sound. And the singer's voice is awesome XD

 

I hate them for instrumental skills as well. I don't think you got my point. I listen to a lot of music where you can hear what they sing, but the difference is that they CAN sing unlike nu-metal acts. They all have horrible vocals.

 

The music does not sound good nor does it have a message.

Sounds like crap, and Hawthorne Heights has more meaningful lyrics than these excuses (No, I don't like HH).

 

I prefer KoRn. I find their music more accessible. I guess I can cope with a couple of Slipknot songs, though. It's not like I could sit down and listen to their whole discography.

I like slipknot better then korn i think korn over does it in some of there songs

 

I see. I know you mainly like death metal and the way you were sounding it sounded like you didn't like them because they werent as hard as them.

 

I have some from both on my iPod, but they're no where near my favorite bands.
I didn't vote, a very select few of their songs are OKAY.

 

I only like about 6 of Slipknot songs, but I like none of Korn's, so I'm going with Slipknot. And Slipknot would suck if they still had Colsefini on lead vocals; Corey Taylor is a good singer. And if you don't want to listen to Corey taylor scream then you should listen to Stone Sour, he sings for that band and they're alternative rock.

I'd say that Slipknot's best song, in my opinion, is The Blister Exists or Opium of the People, it's a hard decision.
