    Should have known not to accept paypal from a TWC but as it was for a cheap rs account and he does not live far away I didn't think he would charge back.

    turns out hes scum and has to try scam 40$ lol

    sorry i should have been more clear
    ddskoftw is his old account
    due to that previous thread he was able to continue using sythe on Pineapples
    which will also need DNT

    that is his current account

    this thread is him appealing the TWC on his old account. he posts the proof him self.
    skype name + email address match the pictures in this dispute.

    + decission in the previous thread says
