@Joyner Lucas - You are to remove the items off the account and return it back to @Sky so he can refund you. You have been given long enough to do this.

 

I told him on Skype that when I get back to my house later tonight where I have access to RS, I will get the items back. He can then take it back and refund me.

I said this. I don't know why a DNT was applied?

Spoke to @Pendulum who had given me the go ahead to recover the account with me providing proof by video that I done everything while being recorded.

Under recovering the account @Joyner Lucas has gotten the account banned for botting, this will then decrease the value of the account/make it 80% harder for me to try and resell on in the future.

@Joyner Lucas failed to tell me/anyone that the account had been banned for botting - this is the reasoning behind him failing to pay/given the account details the past couple of days, as the account is banned meaning he couldn't get on it nor could I.

 

Pendulum told me to give the items back. He never contacted me to say that SKY was going to recover the account. Unfortunately as I was AFK'ing NMZ I got temporarily banned for 2 days.

Now SKY has my account with around 150m on it, and also has my $260 BTC.

I was agreed that I would get the items off and then sort everything out with the account then.

So may I ask why you bought an account of this calibre to bot on it?

Sorry for the wait this was discussed and reviewed because of a few factors.

Overview: The account was sold to @Joyner Lucas, a down payment of $260 BTC was paid for the account with the remaining $490 to be paid the following week (proof). The week passes and the deadline is missed, @Sky becomes increasingly worried as he is being ignored on Skype and Sythe PM (proof). @Sky mentions that he will just buy the account back (proof) but there is further delay due to 'irl issues'. @Sky was allowed to recover the account while recording to prove wealth that was on the account. This is when it became apparent that the account was banned for macroing, having the account out of his possession for two weeks, your interest in botting (Botting nowadays?), lack of report/complaint of when the ban was given, and total acceptance of it, it is very clear that you were the one responsible for it.

After asking fellow staff, we agreed that the $260 BTC would go towards @Sky for the damage done to his account. For the wealth on the account (which @Champ shared screens with @Sky as he signed in after the ban expired to verify the wealth), this will be going towards community repayment, below is a list of accounts (and scams) I was able to find within about 30 minutes of searching, i'm sure there are plenty more that I missed.
