Dispute from Blind Cont.

Pen, I dont mean to create more spam here however; I did read those rules but check the date when that rule was added in, it was added it way after a month of 'blind's ban. So pretty much theres nothing I can do? Search the archives and such there was never a scammer report so I dont even know what to dispute and I had made it well aware that I was going to be out of the country for a long period of time. Now I come back and im pretty much screwed of sythe....
I would search myself but this proxy thing is gay and wont let me search nor log in. Just look into it when you have time, is all im asking for. Or can you give me the name of the mod who banned me so I can talk to them about it?
