Why hasn't Won_gold_gold been banned yet for offsite scamming/scamming me?

How is @Won_gold o_0 (skype: won_gold_gold) not banned yet for offsite scamming and for scamming $12,218 from me?

The trend continues, I report @Won_gold o_0 for scamming and Osbot goes to ban him but he's already banned.

Osbot staff suggested I take legal actions against @Won_gold o_0 in the thread and again in a private message. Is anyone able to locate him so I can do this?

It's only fair if @Won_gold o_0 is banned. I respect all of Sythe staff and agreed to continue the conversation with you about this on discord but nobody is answering me anymore and @Won_gold o_0 still isn't banned. He's breaking multiple rules on multiple sites and was just recently banned again for scamming me. He's been banned more than once on other sites for scamming but still hasn't been banned on Sythe.

Your particular report will remain untouched on our site as explained before. PB told you the same thing: It’s an old report, perhaps legal action is more appropriate.

It seems his newer account was banned because his other account is banned - Chris said it was unrelated. I’ll check the exact reason why but that’s as much as I can offer you.

 

I’ve dnt’d him while I request info on these offsite bans.

I said request legal action because you’re out of luck online and you’re both saying different things.

hey mod ,
first about other forum ban , mostly caz of ip .we cant make every customer satisfied with our service ,but we havenot owe any seller money since we start do gold business ,even have a time our skype hacked ,when we get it back ,we repaid their lost ,

this seller we have traded with him long time with no any problem , we pay him after gold traded ,sreenshot him the payment ,then keep trade , 6 years later he said we owe him 10k , we now need to figure out if he messed up with payment or what ,
this is last payment proof :


so what we need now is last few time the amount he sold *price , how much we paid him
to prove we havenot paid , it already 6years passed , we here hard to check this stuff ,
it is not fair give us DNT caz of he only said hes own thing ,

Buddy,If this issue is an easy case to find out whose fault it is.We don't need to discuss with it for years.For us,payment has done for years,and money is sent,its an complex case than you all think.Even no accountant knows about this case right now.

 

So please wait admin to contact with us,I will provide other proof that we sent the payment,I don't know what happened to your bank, but its no use for you to ask me again and again on my skype for hours everyday,sir.

we want to solve this issue as soon as possible .we are sure its better for all of us.First we already provided proof we sent him money ,if we wanna scam,why we sent him second time Second ,we already called bank we sent him money successful,we dont know why he said he didnt get the money in his bank account.
Third,on my side we also think he wanna scam us too,our manager also attach great importance to this thing.In our opinion,we need to engage in a lawsuit,seller need to hire a lawyer,and we do same thing.finally we will find out the money in our account or in seller account or still in bank.we hate this problem again and again,we wanna complete solve this problem this time .Its not fair to give us DNT before this thing no results.

Ok I’ve inquired about the offsite bans and if these have been resolved can you please post showing this? You’re DNT for offsite ban - not specifically this case. @Won_gold o_0

The bank statement shows a -$12,218. So again, if anything, it’d be best to take legal action.

And I would delete your comment ABM but I guess it doesn’t rly matter as this whole report shouldn’t really be open. It’s possible, as he isn’t the best at English, he meant he closed his account with the bank, not that the bank closed. As someone who doesnt speak English as a first language, you should understand this but I digress.

Not sure what you are trying to say here.

You will need to resolve this other report/scam whether it was a hack or not to get your DNT removed.
