Account sell then recover SCAMMER

I only Report A Scammer if im sure the information given is correct.

He is trying to sell this account which has already been sold before, People may trust him and buy it because he DOES have a few vouches on sythe.

He tried to sell it to me but I always do a full backround check with my sources before buying an account.
