Look at the 99's they are fake. You can tell.

No, it is real but it has been edited a bit, the interface is real tho.

No... just no. They would never use an in-game control panel. Also, I am almost positive, if they did have a a control panel like that, it would be logged whenever used, therefore, they would know you were using it, and change the system...

DLL Files- No. -.-

And as I remember, those whom have administrator permissions may use ::commands to spawn items, change stats, or anything.

You would have gotten bashed a lot less in this thread and said you made a cool ACP edit. >.<

 

This is a FAKE. Although there is really an out of game version. I Just thought of making an in game version and seeing how many people would fall for it. Sorry for giving anyones hopes up. The out of game version is about the same as this and i made a in-game version by messing with runescape menus in paint.
Note:I Will NOT Release the out of game informatio out to anyone. The most i will give out is a picture.
