No Post Count For Report a Spammer/Scammer Threads?

People majorly abuse these forums and some dont even think about it when they do it.

Less areas of less post count = better IMO... well, used to = better imo.

 

You know, this is actually one of the first non-retarded suggestion threads I've seen in awhile.

Then people won't report anything or anyone because they don't get posts for it

I only report for P-C, if I didn't get any I would never bother.

 

Exactly. Your one of the people who dont abuse it. There are, a select few(Not releasing names), that have over 700 posts, but when their history is checked only 3-4 of the posts arent in the report a spammer/scammer, and about 2 posts are ACTUAL report threads. The rest are faked/intentionally made.

I've suggested this to SMR (I think) before, and he thought the idea was pointless.

 

they aren't being punished they just wouldn't get rewarded... Just do it reguardless i have to agree that i get a hell of a lot of pointless spam reports... ill pass the idea on.

its like macro said, if he didnt get P-C from reporting a spammer, he wouldnt bother at all. I think the problem lays more in the erea of people being to lazy to acctually report spammers. iv'e seen thread's with 6+posts after eachother, and noone had reported him until i did. and at that time the topic was over a month old. this is just ONE example.
