Fantastic guide! I love you, but only one problem. I can only play on local host (127.0.0.1) and it's just crap. Could you tell me how to make my server open to the public?

omg i changed the port or something but it always sais error connecting press start new server and augh plz tell how to fix

 

it changed port to 45964 but it doesnt work now or anything it sais error connecting start new server wat do i do plz tell?

STEP#3: Open up the source you downloaded from the begging of the guide. Find 'run', or 'runserver'. When you have found it, right click on it, and click 'edit'. It should look something like this:

cuz i cant find 'run' or 'runserver' ?!

i done everything you asked and when i try putting my server up on moparscape it says the server is offline and has to be online to join. also i done everystep 1b1. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( lol im so mad! please help me when you can. this is what i cahnged the server name to incase you need it:~ do0mscap3.no-ip.org ~: p.s. when i try to sign it it says server not connected so i wanna know do i use do0mscap3.no-ip.org in the id or my id:72.139.192.218?

uhh okay.
when i try to open the Testscape thing AND moparscape at the same time,
it says "Port XXXXX already in use?"
and it wont let me on.
I tried doing mopar first then testscape,
and i also tried doing testscape then mopar.
I get the same message for both.
HELP!?
