I have orig owners ip and everything, but my HD fried and had to buy a new one, was unable to transfer the rest of the info.

First off, I've talked to this guy via MSN. Nothing is worked out yet, and I encourage you all to give him a go (even though he's a leecher). He communicates well, and has a generaly pleasent attitude. as well.
