Confused about TWC

Anything else you wish to say: I pm'ed a bunch of staff members and got 1 response, but wasn't told what the TWC was for and was just told to make a thread. I got banned as my account was hacked a while back and just now tried logging in but had a TWC (didnt have one before ban) so I assume this is what it was for.

 

The fake vouch came from the hackers IP. I see your account was compromised at the time, and it appears that you resolved the issue, and reclaimed your account here - BattleScapeGp123 "hacked" and banned, therefore I've removed your TWC.
