(WTB) High HP/Low Prayer Staker (~100 CMB)

Hi,

Title says it all, looking to buy an account that I can Whip stake with, as a result the requirements for quests/skill stuff is non-existant.

Needs to be around 100 CMB, preferably with as low prayer as possible, high HP as possible, and a high STR level is a bonus.

I can pay with crypto/paypal/rsgp whatever is easiest, will obviously be sending first as I'm new, hence will only trade with someone VERY trusted on here.
