Looking for a serious and dedicated person to assist with a Gaming Internet Marketing Agency

Introduction:
I'm Ji, the CEO of VGM from London and I am currently looking for someone who is interested in helping me run my internet marketing business which I've yet to fully launch. (I am also Co-Founder of Gs Social Marketing which is another business I do work with.)

I have been in the digital marketing industry for around 5 years now and have worked with really big name clients such as BMW, Toyota, Nestle and so on. Currently I work as a Marketing Manager for a Recruitment Agency in North London as a full-time job.

The business:
We are a an internet marketing business which is solely created to help gaming related clients such as runescape gold websites with their digital presence and marketing. We cover everything such as SEO, PPC(Social and Search), Content creation, Email marketing and so on. What I'm looking for:
I'm looking for someone who has some marketing experience but more importantly is interested in the business model I have listed and is willing to help attract clients and work on any aspect of the business in general. More than anything you must be committed and dedicated.

Terms and wages:
This is a legitimate registered Ltd and I am willing to offer shares. In terms of how much money you will be making, we will negotiate that however our minimal retainer fee for clients is £1000 (not including ad budget) and that goes up to £3000 depending on what they need, so you can look to make up to £8000 per month in the long-term.
