Disputing my 3month ban + DNT

here is the thread I'm disputing: Ironman Scammed by OO AOFRANGE

What happened:
-I sold a hcim account to user "licosi" back in March
-user "licosi" apparently sold this account to user "shaz son"
-licosi messaged me asking to recover the account for him due to him having "lost the password" around a week ago
-I tell him sure and submit the appeal
-fast forward a few days, I go and check the e-mail that I had submitted the appeal to, it was succesful
-I change the password and go to sythe to send the password to him only to see that I have been banned
-I see the linked thread at the top and realize what happened
-Since this time I have spoken with Pendulum, the mod who banned me, as well as shaz son and the situation has been resolved. Shaz now has his full possesion of the account and I was told to post here to regain access of my sythe account/get the 3 month ban removed.

-it is currently impossible for me to post proof pictures of licosi's messages due to my being unable to login to my sythe account due to the ban.

-i'd also like to mention that I did not have time to reply to the initial thread because I had not checked sythe on the day that the thread was made, and by the time that I found out about I had already been banned.

-If you check my rep on here or even on PA you can see that I have NEVER scammed a user before

@licosi resold the account to @shaz son around April 6th (https://www.sythe.org/posts/30042916/) and then later @licosi requested the account to be recovered May 10th. The account has been returned and I have a video recording of @aofrange logging into the account where it showed 6 days since its last login. @shaz son confirmed the account had no items removed and was still in tact.

@aofrange I have requested the removal of your DNT, @licosi will remain banned for attempted scamming. Thank you for your help.
