    The fail curve is a bell curve.


    The low ends are 'failing' and 'winning' both of which cause a "reaction."

    The middle, and median is the neutral zone ie. not failing.

    But megaman2 is an extremely low outlier due to massive amounts of failure, which causes the curve to skew to the right, destroying the normality of the graph. Megaman2 must be banned to restore order and the symmetry of the bell-curve.
