Ill be posting evidence when i get Home of Me getting deranked several times for nothing. Eventually i stopped hosting cause i Got no answers to My derankings and i Got sick of asking for Something back i had paid for.

 

if your talking about getting deranked by me , yea no shit , 1. you said you were going to do the ranks drop parties once a week, you didnt for 3 weeks, 2. you never hosted, you said 'your having problems with your girlfriend' for 3 weeks? anyways angle it how you want, you and i both now you didnt do what you said and you never hosted.

People never get their rank lowered in the clan without deserving it, but in my defense your a scamming scumbag who still owes thousands of dollars to people from 2011, such as Phoenix Odin, remember ? your friend you went to Runefest with who you stabbed in the back and scammed for thousands of dollars because he trusted you, your trash leave my name out of your mouth. 1. It's not "all about money" if you're working for free
2. A debt paid is a debt paid, doesn't matter if it was today, tomorrow, or a week after. You're using him paying late as an argument for him scamming? And you say I'm making us look stupid? You literally implied he paid the money he owed.
3. How does Ment owe half the money you invested into staking when you're the one who lost the money to a scam, and you paint it like he was urging you to lose the money and would benefit from it. How does he benefit from you taking both his and your money and you losing it? Explain that to me. Not to mention you lying to me, and the entire team about how you lost it, then to Ment, and to this day you have 0 proof of what happened to that money...

@shawnnoleary Regardless, did you attempt to collect the 120m, prior to him being hacked? Mentarley's chest are paid out instantly judging by the few I have talked too, so why wasn't yours? Where is the evidence to support your payment was going to be delayed / attempting to claim your winnings?

Also, you said over voice that he can keep the 120m, correct?

 

Instantly? Ill post several screenshots of how long it took to recieve my payouts over the course of the last couple months. Days of asking for payouts.

Also you completely ignored blatant evidence of mentarley saying he was going to support me and that the odds staking was risk free, Stop being biased or get another sythe admin on this you're only asking questions for Ment and not towards him? I'd recommend another non biased staff member be the judge of this.
I don't recall if I did or not, @Mentarley did you tell me over voice multiple times that you would cover my 1b lost?

Mentarley banned me from his server so I have no access to get the dates of my payouts. That's a little unfair and a sneaky way of hiding evidence tbh.

Report #1 Conclusion:

- The deal you guys has was nearly two years ago, no payment was ever made. You guys have each other blocked for obvious reasons, it's evident to me that there is a lot of history between you two / bad blood, and I think it's best this deal is squashed. It's evident to me that this deal was not important to either parties prior to the hacking, it was completely forgotten about, and since no payments have been made, no progress has been made, this has been dismissed.

Report #2 Conclusion:

- @WolfzBlood You have provided a story, and a few chat logs that is not definitive evidence. I cannot pin a debt on any users judging by speculative evidence. The chat logs you have provided are speculative at best. Why? We can speculate anything in those chat logs that could have been said. As far as the money missing, I would need proof of the funds missing / this is the problem going into partnerships with large sums of gold and different owners to accounts, it it nearly impossible to prove when situations go bad. With that being said, there is no way I can pin the debts directly to @Mentarley regardless of his past, present, or actions.

Report #3 Conclusion:

- @shawnnoleary After reviewing the evidence, after reviewing all of the logs you have submitted, it's evident you never tried to contact Mentarley for your funds / 120m 07, in fact you even told him to keep the 120m 07. I understand you guys have had a falling out / dispute, causing this to create bad blood, therefore now you're disputing the funds. If you can provide more proof to suggest you're owed these funds, I'll gladly handle it, but as of right now it is speculative evidence @ best, and there is no definitive proof tying @Mentarley to the debt of your 120m 07.

- You did this out of your own good will. I myself applaud you for that, as that is a lot and I can imagine the work ethic you put in. But, regardless there was no wages ever agreed upon, therefore regardless of the amount of time you put in, your time is not to be paid.

Odds Staking Conclusion:

- Many of you have mentioned staking / accounts being wiped, and everyone of you have provided speculative evidence at best yet again. This report has been dismissed due to lack of evidence, if you have definitive proof the gold has been taken @Mentarley or anyone else, feel free to make a report using the correct formats, and we will gladly handle it.

Staking Scripts Conclusion:

- Due to their not being any valid contracts, the staking script issue is dismissed. There would need to be a formal agreement, to take action again'st the script being distributed.
