Can i get sued for this?

Most likely your parents will have to pay medical fees and possibly you dog will be put to sleep. You could probably avoid getting your dog put to sleep with a lot of tears, apologies, and suggestions of ways for this kind of incident to never happen again.

Our justice system is so fucked up and crooked there is no way of sugar coating it.

 

I hate to say it but at the very least your dog will be put to sleep if they press charges.

I wasn't gonna reply but.. I was in the EXACT same situation as you about 3 years ago. I was walking my dog, a kid did the EXACT same thing that happened to you [he taunted my dog, threw stuff at it]. My dog decided to chase it and bite his leg, and made him bleed... not as much as yours though from what you said your kid bled a lot. My dog put a big scratch on the kid's leg. His mom came out and threatned to sue me.. I said 'cool, go for it' and asked if she wanted my name/number/home adress just to piss her off.

She went back in, and I never heard from her since.

My advice to you: Sleep on it little boy, I highly dought that someone will sue you over such a small thing, trust me, suing someone is not as easy as you think, you need lawyers, legal papers, have to take time off work etc. It's a pain in the ass, and with doing all this you have to remember you might not win.

that sucks for you. i doubt they would do it though. you could atleast tell the parents what happend and maybe they could understand. just be like "your kid is like 9 he still doesnt understand anything maybe you should tie him to a leash and feed him like a dog".

but in all seriousness dont worry about it. if worst comes to worst put rock marks on your dog and poisen it and then be like. "when the kid threw rocks at my dog he left marks and it poisened him so i think i should get compensation kkthx"

Yeah, you would most probably get sued. I would reccomend that you talk to the kid's mum and try and sort something out.

Yes, a dog which bites a human in any circumstances is entitled to be put down.

However, I think what that little fuck did will and should be punished, too.

No doubt what he did constitutes as animal cruelty and or GBH to animals or something.

 

sadly that's a possibility, tho your dog just defended it self when the kid threw rocks at it. so dunno ;S

 

u can be sued for pain and suffering (time taken for the kid to recover, not being able carry out their regular activities) and their medical bills, as well as having your dog put down.

however i must say that kids these days have no common sense, its quite sad

Iäd sue them for the kid hitting your dog... He could of given the dog brain damage or something... the kid could get charged with animal cruelty...
