Logical Tip: Why would Jagex allow Easter Eggs in Bounty Hunter???

IF REASONABLE, I RECOMMEND THAT THIS BE STICKIED. EDIT AS YOU SEE FIT, OR MAKE SUGGESTIONS OR REWRITE AND I WILL EDIT THIS POST.

The current way to trade is by Easter Eggs (or Pumpkins, which will not be referred t) in Bounty Hunter (BH). [Read the bottom for a quick summary on this]
Question: Would you ever eat an Easter Egg if you needed food really badly? Answer: No, unless in the unrealistic situation where you didnt have enough Sharks and had to bring an Easter Egg for food for BH... but otherwise: No.

Ask yourself: Why would Jagex allow Easters to be brought in BH? They're undeniably not stupid and know that this is all going on. And it's only logical to say that there are Jagex spies on Sythe's forum too. They know this RWT with Easters is going on. If they wanted to remove it and stop RWT (which has been their goal for years) they would just ban it from Bounty Hunter. But they don't... they let it happen, confine it to fewer servers to it's easter to track... and keep score on who's doing what.

Although this is speculation, it is also logical to think that everyone who uses BH to transfer Easter Eggs is being tracked and added to a list... of players who would one day be banned and ejected from RuneScape forever. This fear may affect the RWT economy and consequently the middleman's profit... but I feel I should make you aware of the risk you're taking.

    BH Trade Summary:
Bounty Hunter is similar to the Wilderness, except a lot smaller. The fighting zone is heavily restricted to a small circular arena maybe 1/20 the size of the wilderness. Everyone is free to attack anyone else, and upon killing someone else you get their items. With BH, players are allowed to bring 1000 of runes/arrow, and about 1 of each other armor/wep. Food is allowed... coins are not. The only "food" items worth RWT-ing is easter eggs and pumpkins, both of which are worth millions. Other than that, RWT would have to occur in smaller increments (with exceptions). To "trade" the easter/pumpkin, Player A carries it in his inventory and then is slain by Player B. Player B cannot exit for 3 minutes, and will have to defend/run from other potential hunters until the 3 minutes is up - at which point he can leave and the trade is done.

Ya I thought about the easter egg thing. Having 25 pray makes it not dangerous at all.

Yeah, I think they ban RWT if there is enough proof that they are doing massive Easter Egg dealings. That's why I am skeptical when it comes to buying Easter Eggs.

What the heck are you on about :s

    Common explanations:
    1) His posts were wiped out after the hack.
    2) He doesn't post much.
    3) He isn't really an ex MM, more of a scammer.

Those three, probably one of them.

    ___
And yes, jagex are probably just taking advantage of the situation and banning RWTraders.

the fact that the other whole thread with that one easter egg seller got banned was probally because they all got reported in the proccess.

Hmm.. ever heard of a proxy? If you think Jagex can't and doesn't keep a close eye on this forum you're retarded.

Jagex also CAN keep track on who brings what into BH, but whether or not they would actually take the trouble to do this is another question completely.
