    Looking to start a server with someone.
    Hello,

    I have played Runescape and rsps for about 12 years. I am looking for someone that is able to create, code and develop a runescape private server with me. I am willing to put money into advertisement etc if they can build the rsps. If you are interested in starting an actual RSPS and take it SERIOUSLY then message me with serious offers.     i can put in money towards the server, manage, i can do forums as well. I would be looking for a developer because i cannot code.
