Reasons me thinkin that:
1) seen this bank pic b4, he just edited out some shit.
2) If you look closely, the pouches for rune essence, he's got all of em. Hes only 65 Rune crafting. You need atleast 75 to get the Giant pouch.

you can get every pouch at any level after you done the mini-quest.

looking up the account on hiscores doesnt help.
post pictures of the stats in-game.

also, post pictures of recoveries etc. and i might be interested.
