Pins are basically ids that you enter in on runescape to get a membership you have to buy them though.

I Heard that you can recover an account only by giving to jagex the Members paiement bills... so if the guy who pay for member reclaim it all and sell account its a good way to get money by "trading free pins for account in the end"
