TWC... Help please?

Well, recently I reported Feren Silver because he clearly admitted he would scam if he had the chance. After that, he received a TWC. Since, he has been harrassing me on msn, trying to get me banned without half decent proof, and has gotten a guy named 333 in on it to help him.

So, he yesterday he reported me for being a "possible scammer".

1) EVERYONE on sythe is a POSSIBLE scammer, there is no way you can prove that you would never ever scam.

2) Shredderbeam has seen the harrassment, and aparently nothing will happen because of this? He was in the conversation watching as it happened.

3) It's obvious that he's only putting this much effort into trying to get me banned due to the TWC he received due to me.

4) I have recuvs on my accounts for sale, yes, but NO WHERE on my thread do I say the accounts don't have recuvs.

5) Yes, in the msn log it says that, but that msn log is older than the thread. lawl.

6) I have said many times, if I get a buyer, I will remove all recuvs.

7) The reason the account we were speaking of has recuvs was stated many times, and it's legit, but he fails to post that anywhere.

8) They are calling me gay in the spam forum, no big deal, but it's obvious that they didn't just report me because I might scam, but because they hate me.

9) Most accounts for sale DO have recuvs, and yet, I offer to go first for some, delete recuvs, and use any legit MM, and I get a TWC?

10) As soon as I told him that his posts on my thread were spam, he deleted them before I could report him.

I'd like to be able to sell these accounts sometime... It would greatly be appreciated if you could look at this, and remove it possibly.

He reported me as a "possible scammer" because my accounts have recuvs, even though I said if I got a serious buyer I'd remove them...

 

Anyone going to help? please do.

 

Agh... TJ told me Pen was going to look it over, anyone know what's happening? Any info would be great. Thanks.
