    What would be the best choice....
    I just bought 2m from some gold farming website and i got banned for 10 days for using "third party software including macros/bots etc." Of course their website chat help said that we never use any programs that they collect the gold by hand. Do you think i should make an apology for the ban or deny that i used a program? Or or just leave it there and just wait 10 days.

    What would be the best choice....
    If your saying that the website macroed on your account, appeal using the "my account was hacked" option. Since it wasn't your IP that was macroing, they should believe it.

    use you got hacked IMO. That would be your best bet because it will not be your IP address.

    Jagex don't bother to look on your account...
    They would't know.
    "my account was hacked"
    Good chance you will get unbanned because it was not ur i.p.
