Level 3-15 combat about... 1 hour.
Level 15-30 Maybe 2 hours.

wow! are you kidding me why would the police care? They only get involved if you hack the jagex database or some crap like that.
Also I have a lvl 16 with 25 mage its a pure if u wanna train all u have to do is play fist of guthix to get mage up? pm me if interested
