Explanation of the trade: Buying runescape GP off of him via paypal

How they scammed: Sent him the money for the gold, after he said he can't give me the gold because the money is "Under Review". However, he used an excuse that he used on many other people, I contacted paypal and they said the payment has successfully went through.

After this, I contacted Paypal and they indeed confirmed that the payment had already went through with no problems.

He is also doing this to many other people with the same excuse Paypal "Under Review". You can check my PM's for one person that he was already supposed to owe, and his thread here

2 people have sent me money with paypal under review.

I have shown they are under review to both of them and have asked them to make a report if they deem nessesary and because i slept they decided to flipout while i was sleeping

also; id like to add one of them has 2 different names apparently has no explanation to why

both will be refunded when paypal allow me to, theres no refund options on either of them.

 

Blocked them both on discord as they are both being extremely unreasonable. This will be dealt over report.

But you also did this to owned4life with the SAME excuse, he also contacted Paypal (As did I) and they said the payment went through successfully with no hold.

Michael Crump was not being "unreasonable" either, he gave you until Monday and you stopped replying to him, as you stopped replying to me too..

You say Paypal's "Under Review" takes 24 to 48 hours, it's more than 3 days for Michael. I've also further researched on this and in most cases it doesn't even take 24 hours to happen. Further proof is me and another user who you scammed (owned4life) contacted Paypal and they said the money was NOT on hold. You are trying to be fishy, end of.

Looks like he changed his name after I confronted him about it... First time user on the site. Kind of disappointing start to say the least. Edit: Apparently I fail at including image.
