Underaged sex?

I think under age kid should wait for sex. I think now-a-days kid aren't aware of the STD's that can be caught by sex.

 

I've met very few 18 year olds that are mature enough for sex. But who am I to force my ideals of sex on people? Same applies to others.

 

true but all people can do is warn kids of the std's and some don't liaten even when they are 20+ they just think ok maybe just this one time and it might be their last as std free

 

I dont think its about std's, tho it plays a role, i think its mainly about consent. what sort of consent can an under 15 year old have towards sex? its this lake of consent that makes it statutory rape. a kid under 15 is an easy target and easily manipulated. An older person can easily manipulate a 15 year old to have sex with him, which is really not in there best interests and most likely will regret it. These people are called preditors, the go after the young ones as they know they are an easy target.

I have no real problem with 2 underage kids having sex as they are both in the same boat. but an adult having sex with a kid is imoral, Those who disagree are either pedophiles or they are under 16. you may think its ok for you to have sex with a 18, 20 year old, tho when your 18, 20 you wouldnt even think of having sex with a 15 year old as you know it is wrong.

 

but when your ready to have sex you must be aware of STD, and use a comdom, if your girlfriend/boyfriend wants to have sex and then great but its up 2 both partners to decide weather to do it or not, 2 underaged is ok but say an adult with an underage is not right, im 14 and i cant wait to have sex but i dont want to rush it you know i want it to be special sort of thing, but if your not ready or your g.f/b.f dont want to have sex yet, they can allways give you a blow job etc etc,

in australia a gurl can have sex at 16 but she need permission from her parents/guardians (as if they would allow it) and the guy has to be no older then 21...if he is older then its off to prison....

 

its actually older then 18, not 21. you are classified as an adult at 18.
And some parents do, i was dating a 16 year old and her mum didnt mind, tho she let me sleep with her the first time i ever slept at her house, pretty ilresponsible. Alot of mums will rather be open with there daughters then have them do it behind there backs.

And there is nothing hilarious about under age sex... its imoral.

If you have a problem with the fact that a 4 yo and 44 yo are having fun in the sack is not necessarily immoral to me, then really, don't bother posting back saying "omfg you sick fuck", because to be honest, it isn't my problem. This fits in to the most idiotic argument in the world: The belief that age actually plays a part in much. There was a news story a while back where an 11 yo became network admin at a school. Does his age make him any less capable?

You speak of age as if its nothing but a number. And 4 year old will not have fun in the sack, they will be raped, torn open and mentally scarred for life. People that say "i dont give a fuck" are the selfish selfcentred people we dont need in the world.

First off, yes, age is but a number used to keep track of how long someone has been living. It should not be used as a stereotype or something to base opinions and even laws on.

Why would I think of people I don't care about? Do you walk down the street of a big city and honestly care what other people think, or care how they feel? And even if you did, the people wouldn't care about you.

If it was consensual, the word "rape" does not come in to the subject.

I'm not ageist but the bolded words I pointed out are wrong. Sure, a 12 year old can outsmart a 40 year old, but age is something to be taken accountable for, even in this conversation of underaged sex. Not only in the age of sexual ability, but the age of conscious. You can't tell me a 10 year old has the moral conscious to know when to have sex compared to a 20 year old.

Sex should be saved for when you're in love. When you know your in love, you know. I'm not talking about the kind of love, like you love your mommy. Passionate sensual love. If you know you're in love at 15, go for it. But to bring age again, you WON'T find passionate love at 8 or 9.

 

yes that is true but age don't really matter much it's just a nu,ber we follow by to state rules and seperate old from young. if your 16 and you wanna have sex because you feel you love that person by all means go for it but be aware of what your getting yourself into.

 

Thats true. My first sexual argues were in the years late 13. But I have to wait 5 more years for me to do it "legally". In nature, there is no legal or illegal.

I guess I'm biasing my argument there on certain things of society that are illegal to the younger generation, yet are not less capable of doing those things, or in this case, capable of resisting. Rather foolish on my behalf, so I apologize. The first point, capability of doing things, is shown by driving a car, or by what I stated a few posts back, when an 11 year old became a network admin. The second point refers to things like alcohol and tobacco.

But none-the-less, consensual is consensual, and there is no chance of a 4 year old becoming a parent. Therefore, regardless of age, if it IS consensual, I really have no problem with it; I don't care.

 

There was a child in Africa who gave birth at the age of 6... But i do not think that age really matters when it comes to sex. I was 14 when i lost my virginity to my girlfriend. I'm now 16, have been since january and still with her, and we've had sex a fair few times. Even when we were 14 we knew about STD's and aids and we used protection, so i think that age doesn't really matter, just i think before people have sex they should understand everything such as STD's pregnancy and everything like that. BUT when it comes to older men or even women having sex with younger teenages or even children i guess yeah its ok but aslong as there's consent in it and the teenager/child knows FULLY there rights and the consequences. If not. I'm highly against it.

 

What sort of consent an a 4 year old give? No 4 year old wants to have sex, nor even know what it is, They have no sex drive, there body's arnt developed for it. A 4 year old will not enjoy sex.

also I do care about other people, I used to donate blood, Il give to the poor, Il help someone out if they need it. You attitude wont help you in life, you wont have many friends.

If you dont care about anyone you cant expect anything from anyone, which leaves you in a very lonely world. if i didnt know better i would say you already are lonely.
