how do i spike my hair?!?? plz tell me im havin a hard time!

Ok so lately i've been rly likin the spiked hair look and i wanna get it perfect but my hair is really weird. my hair is about maybe 1inch long and whenever i try to spike it it just gets kinda of spiked but also kind of curved back. i wanna get it perfect but i dunno how to! i usually just put a crap load of gel on my hand and try to use my fingers to get my hair up but it always falls back into a curvy/messy kind of spike. you guys know any way for me to do this??

All you have to do is put gel on your hair then just rub your way front and back from your hair. Its really easy. Or you can ask a hair professional at a barber shop or a hair salon and they'll tell you.

 

lol pain killer thats what im doing now but i have very weak hair so the gel just slightly keeps it up but it gets kinda curved and messy. i want perfect spikes like teh asian kids =D lol anyway cheeter that takes too long. im looking for somethin i can do every mornin

 

dont spike your hair. if you do use lots of gel so it will stay up

 

what i do is use wax. Rub it in your hand and run it through your hair backwards. Then from the back, run your hair forward. Then russle it around and pull your hair up.

lol my bud told me to get hair wax. said its better then gel cuz it actually makes individual spikes not whole bunches of hair together. know where i can get hair wax? lol

any newer barbershops should have hairwax. the grocery store too prolly. i use it in my hair occasionally and it works nicely

I NEVER USE GEL OR WAX OR ANYTHING!.

yeah. i wash my hair. get out of the shower. and i BLOW DRY.
simple, spikes, works.

 

You mean spiders? Thats what the asians have! Wel I just stick loads of water on first but cold water then gel and it seems fine

 

for gods sake.... use the toughest gel u can find ... i think thats 4 stars or is it 5?

wet your hair just a teeny bit (palms first)
then apply the gel and let it dry naturally.

it should be fine

your probably using cheap gel.

And if you say your hair is weak - get a trim - your hair will be tougher when its shorter - so bigger potenital of holding.

I wouldn't want to say this but use a hair liner...and some hair gel. First add some hair gel then use a hair liner and pull it up with a comb and it will stay up then...I have curly hair and its always down for me when I use a hair liner.
