Explain the service: Found his service on this thread: [50$ Donator] Ipker10's cheapest firecape service [3m [90+ vouches] , contacted him via discord provided in his signature, we agreed on a price for the service (7$ paypal), i gave him my account info after paying for the service, he then logged in and got me a firecape, but when i got back into my account (less than a minute after he posted a screenshot of completion) i found my bank cleaned out (had ~40mil bank value including gear i had equipped - i know it isn't much but still...).

Proof that the service was not completed: Left him to do the service with this gear: Imgur , when he let me know it was done i logged in under 1 minute so nobody else could have had access/time to clean it out. Came back to this: Imgur , Imgur (every valuable item gone - even removed imbues from black mask/berserker ring/archer ring and took them too), didn't leave me a single coin)...
Other relevant trade screenshots: Had pretty much no NMZ points, came back to this: Imgur (he removed all imbues and stole the items)



Between the time he completed the service (and let me know about it) i got back into my account in less than a minute and found it empty - no gear, bank cleaned out (lost ~40 mil total). so there is NO WAY anyone else got access to it (see chat logs screenshot: Imgur - he completed it at 5:16 PM and i saw that account was cleaned out in under 1 min and replied to him).

Took him 63 minutes (65 from the time he received authenticator code) from the time he got access to the account till i logged back in, not sure how it helps but here is a screenshot of chat from start to the end of the run. Imgur

Got completion screenshot at 5:16, instantly logged in and noticed that i was naked and clicked on bank within ~30 secs of logging in. Account is protected with Authenticator so nobody else could have gotten on it and i changed the password specifically for this service, so he was the only person other than me that could get on the account.

 

You took 10 minutes to send a picture of the bank. Why was that?

If you're someone who appreciates security (2FA enabled), why was a bank pin not set for your account? There's no reason someone providing a fire cape service should need to get into your bank.

@ipker What did you take the picture of that fire cape with? Is it stored anywhere on your PC or was it only sent via Discord?

 

I was in the library, which you probally can double check by checking my ip at thetime of the fcape xuz ialso checked sythe

I took the picture with my phone, that's why the picture has like a white light

 

He replied 10 minutes later, so i replied back with a screenshot (Imgur). Didn't plan on taking it any further, just left a comment on his thread about my "experience" and was gonna leave it at that. But he himself asked me to go make a report (not using the nicest words by the way). So here we are now.

And bank PIN takes 3-7 days to set which i don't usually need cuz nobody else ever had access to the account. Didn't think i would get cleaned out for pocket change...

 

Reason i responded 10 mins later is cuz i went home from the library > to my home,

I can provide proof to staff if they like i had more people wanting a fcape after his cape but i couldnt do cuz ha dno time irl.

Just after rereading this ( bever rlly read it good) I noticed he ataryed about me unimbueing his archer ring, berserker ring and black mask

then shows a gyazo of 1.7m nmz points

Correct me if i'm wrong, but i'm sure that if you unimbue ur slayer helm ( black mask) it's 1m points, and of god rings 450k each a ring u get back?

2 god rings = 900k

1 black madk = 1m

So how come you habe 1.76m points?

 

Might have had berserker ring unimbued (so i could imbue archer ring for easier fire cape - bought it just for that).

 

I know that you took the items, you know it too. And looking from your past reports the community knows it too.

Done wasting my time on you.

It's up to administration to deal with it now - provided as much evidence as i had.

 

@Zuidokas @ipker There's not enough evidence to issue any sort of punishment.

@Zuidokas failed to secure their account or keep any bank records. Timestamps, messing around with items, and not showing full pictures of the bank would suggest an extortion attempt, but the evidence is not strong enough to go on.

@ipker completed the service as requested, showed a picture of it, and logged off the account. It's not clear when the picture was actually taken and there's no evidence which would hold @ipker responsible for the alleged loss due to a lack of evidence.
